When you call, we'll try to schedule your visit quickly – the same day, if possible. At your first appointment, expect to be greeted by name and welcomed warmly. Each of our patients is like a member of our extended family. If you'd like, request a tour of the office so that you can feel comfortable when you visit. We'll help you complete your paperwork and answer all of your questions. You may opt to print your paperwork at home (click here) to save time at your initial visit.
At your checkup, Dr. Ongena will discuss your goals, concerns, and he'll examine your teeth and gums. With information from the exam, he can consult you about your dental problems and recommend solutions. We foster an atmosphere of open communication because the more you know, the better you'll feel about the decisions you make for treatment.
After your initial consultation, we'll schedule your professional hygiene visit with one of our talented hygienists. Our front office associates will talk with you about scheduling follow-up care and payment arrangements. We know you don't want surprises at the dentist's office, so we'll give you all the information you need to know up front!
